Phase 1 creates a smooth, fully primed white base. Your final colour coats are applied in Phase 2, after second fix, so they go on clean and undamaged.

Once second fix is complete, we return for colour coats, skirting, architraves, doors and staircases, followed by a final room-by-room snagging walk-through. One team, from bare plaster to handover.

We price every build on its plans or a site visit, so you get one complete price for the full Phase 1 scope, with nothing added later.
New-build Phase 1 projects

For new-build Phase 1 projects, we look at the property size and the full preparation and coating system required.

High ceilings & larger homes

Vaulted ceilings, double-height halls and homes over 250m² are priced on the full scope after a site visit.
